Shipping Policy

Australian orders under $40 will cost $6.00 in shipping whilst orders over $40 will cost $9.00 in shipping.

New Zealand orders under $40 will cost $8.50 in shipping and orders over $40 will cost $11.50 in shipping.

Our orders are all sent via Australia Post regular mail, and airmail to New Zealand.

Please allow 7 working days for delivery within Australia and a few extra days for delivery to New Zealand.

Due to New Zealand custom laws we are unable to ship Calendulis Plus Cream to New Zealand. This is due to the Manuka Honey content in the cream. All other products can be shipped to New Zealand without a problem.

Refund, Exchange & Return Policy

At Eczema.com.au we are more than happy to refund, exchange and accept returned items providing the products have not been opened or used in any way.

If you are returning or exchanging a product, you are required to pay the postage costs to send the product back to us.

Due to the nature of the product, we can not accept returns nor do we issue refunds when the product has not met the expectations of the customer in regards to improving their skins condition. Our products help relief thousands of eczema and psoriasis suffers, the product is not sold or promote as a cure.
