Use
Apply generously to all exposed skin 20 minutes before sun exposure. Re-apply regularly and especially after swimming, heavy sweating or towelling.
Remember any sunscreen only offers a degree of protection. It is always advisable to avoid prolonged exposure to the sun and wear protective clothing, hats and eyewear.
