Use:
Suitable for any age over 2 years. It is important to follow the directions on the bottle to ensure the correct amount is taken to achieve optimum results. Start taking Mega Oil slowly and work up to the recommended dose over a couple of weeks.

Mel’s Review
This is a great product but you need to take it regularly for about 8 weeks before you will see any results. If taken consistently for long enough it does significantly reduce the number of outbreaks and the need for topical treatments.
Don’t be fooled by the manufacturer’s blurb about the delicious nutty flavour. Unless my taste buds are sadly mistaken it is not all that delicious. I find it best taken when mixed with food and have trouble swallowing it straight from the spoon.
