How do I use the Spring Packs?

For best results, use the Calendulis Plus Cream in conjunction with Grahams Bath Oil. You can add the bath oil to the bath water or apply directly to dry skin, then simply rub the cream into the affected areas. Use up to 4 times a day.

The Mega Oil is an internal Omega 3 oil supplement. Start off slowly taking one teaspoon per day and gradually increase to one tablespoon once or twice a day. Dosages are less for children. Mega Oil is suitable for children over 12 months and can be added to favourite foods.
